First, this is the traditional cake in England.  It including a lot of the amount of brandy! I think get drunk…Second, this is the Christmas pudding in Ireland. I think everyone learned from Horsley (communication class). And this cake is Ireland too! It is sooo sweet… Third, this is not cake, this cookie in Germany! Do you know “cocco”? She came from Okinawa, Japan. Of course, she is Japanese. She debuted in1997. She suspended her activity in2001, but she came back soon and she did ecology movement in Okinawa with local children. Her singin voice is so beautiful and make people calm and comfortable, but sometimes the songs of her lyrics are unhappy about life and nightmare. I love her since I was elementary student. Her song always give me power!! If you interested her, please listen her songs.

Do you remember??? I really enjoyed the dance! Of course I’m enjoying dance this year too!!This year We will dance with Kumi Kouda’s song. The song’s tempo is faster than last year’s. I must practice hard by school festival! Also I work on food, my group will sell crapes and frankfurts★ It is very low price and delicious! This is recipe. And I eat “nabe” ( a dish cooked in a pot at the table) Usually, It cook only winter, but me and my friend wants to eat!! We held “nabe party” It was fun!!

Did you enjoy summer vacation? I went to Nagoya (Aiti prefecture) and Kanazawa( Isikawa prefecture). I worked hard and I went out with my friend a lot! Do you know vegetable of the best season? Now, squash is a seasonal vegetable! Talk of autum, saury  is seasonal too.

I introduce the dish of the season!! squash have a lot delicious recipe. the squash soup which has Korean taste. 

And the boil of squash and pork. 

It is very easy!! Do you like saury? saury’s recipe. This is my mother cooked me today, it was delicious! And rice with saury. The sound is a little strange, but it is normal in Japan.

Chiken and vegetable soap.  It is a plain dish. Do you like thin wheat noodles (soumen)? I think most of people eat it during summer, but sometimes are you tired of it? If you think so, please change sauce dip like this. Thin wheat noodles. It’s a soup with a flavor of garlic. Also, buckwheat noodles (soba) are favorite in Japan. Sticky natto buckwheat noodle.
