★The Dishes of the season★
Hello! Did you enjoy summer vacation? I went to Nagoya (Aiti prefecture) and Kanazawa( Isikawa prefecture). I worked hard and I went out with my friend a lot! So, I was very very busy….but, I really enjoy my last summer vacation!
Do you know vegetable of the best season? Now, squash is a seasonal vegetable! Talk of autum, saury is seasonal too.

It is very easy!! Do you like saury? saury’s recipe. This is my mother cooked me today, it was delicious! And rice with saury. The sound is a little strange, but it is normal in Japan.
