★Healthy dishes★




Hi! Recently, Toyama is very hot, I become tired soon. how about you?  Are you suffering from summer heat? So, today I introduce healthy dishes. If you don’t have appetite, please eat it. Chiken and vegetable soap.  It is a plain dish. Do you like thin wheat noodles (soumen)? I think most of people eat it during summer, but sometimes are you tired of it? If you think so, please change sauce dip like this. Thin wheat noodles. It’s a soup with a flavor of garlic. Also, buckwheat noodles (soba) are favorite in Japan. Sticky natto buckwheat noodle.

    Yes! I suffered a lot this summer. I don’t like the hot and humid weather. Winter is my favorite season! Anyway, thanks for the recipe.
